Euphorbia resinifera on dry mountain heights

Tanalt · Chtouka-Ait Baha · Since 2017
In the heights of Tanalt, seven women chose to protect something simple: raw, rare, natural honey, produced in small quantities, without rushing what nature already knows how to make perfectly.
Origin
In our village, beekeeping was part of family life. Women raised bees to produce honey for the home, for relatives, and for visitors coming from other cities. This honey was offered with respect, like a piece of the land, the season, the patience, and the mountain.
Over time, the families who received it began to call back. They asked for a jar. Then another. Not because a market had been created, but because they recognized a difference.
The land
Our mountains are rich with Euphorbia resinifera, wild thyme, argan, almonds, olives, and cactus fruit. Every season has its work. Every harvest has its rhythm.

The method
The bees build their comb naturally. No added sugar. No artificial comb to accelerate production. No industrial shortcut designed to make nature behave faster.
Comb built naturally by the bees
Measured, traditional, attentive harvest
Storage and preparation without industrial shortcuts
Discipline
Truly rare honey takes time. Bees must build, search, return, fill, and seal. The women must wait, observe, and harvest with restraint. This slowness is exactly what we protect.
Why digital
For more than ten years, Riad Bio lived through trust: families, relatives, visitors, recommendations. Our stock was sold before an online boutique ever felt necessary. Today, the world is looking differently at raw honey, natural products, and authentic origins. Moroccan honey, especially daghmous and thyme, is proving its strength among the most demanding circles.
This website exists to tell our journey, value the work of rural women, defend Morocco's natural resources, and show that a product born in the mountains can carry international ambition without losing its soul.
Manifesto
It is quiet proof.
Proof that Morocco holds natural resources of rare strength.
Proof that a village can create value without abandoning its methods.
Proof that a few pure jars can be worth more than thousands of modified ones.
We are not trying to produce more. We are trying to produce better.
